SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Zara Shahjahan does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 10 days only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package including labels and original packing etc. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 3 days of the order delivery. Please email pictures of the defective item to customercare@zarashahjahan.com or call at +923099993644 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Zara Shahjahan will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer.
3. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
6. Jewellery once purchased cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
7. Zara Shahjahan uses SkyNet/DHL to ship international orders.
- Any custom charges or import duties imposed are sole responsibility of the buyer.
- The custom charges are imposed by destination country's customs department which is collected by the DHL on the behalf of Customs department. In case Parcel/order is not received upon arrival due to such may result in parcel being held/discarded, Zara Shahjahan will not be responsible.
8. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
9. Free Shipping is not applicable to Bridals & Wedding Formals orders.
We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and internationally through SkyNet/DHL. It will take 3-5 business days for delivery after verification within Pakistan and 8-10 days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
